GAVE A RATING OF 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WAS THE LOWEST POSSIBLE!!!!
My mother applied for a car through Pro Select Autos in her name alone, they told her she was approved for the car that she had selected and she only needed $500 down payment. Well she told them as soon as she got paid she would be in. They called and called her several times, trying to get her to come when. When she finally went in on July 11, 2014, they informed her that she did not make enough to get that car that she wanted and that she must get a car of lesser value. She did not want that car so they suggested she get a Co-Buyer. She called me and asked if I would do it for her and I told her yes. The Salesman, Rick, took down my information, went to process it and came back and told her we were approved with her as the Buyer and myself as a Co-Buyer. So she made her down payment and the next day, Saturday, July 12, 2014, we both we went out and found out that the bank was closed for the day and couldn't sign the contract but the purchase agreement (basically a application) said that she was the Buyer and I was the Co-Buyer. When title registration form came out, it only showed my name on it. When my mother questioned it, he said that the title was in both of our names but because I was the insurance policy holder, it had to have my name first. That was a red flag for us but they were insistent on that's the way the new Texas Registration work.
So, when we went back on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, to sign the contract, the Salesman, Rick, comes out and informs us that "The Bank" put the car in my name alone, without my mother on the car at all. Well, me being a educated person and them blatantly insulting my intelligence, I knew this to be very incorrect because a bank does not just change a application. This was not what my mother nor I wanted, the purpose for me was just based upon income alone not credit. I was not in the market for a car, my mother was. Then we informed him that we would be bringing the car back the next day. The Salesman, Rick, had the nerves to be angry with us because they ran my information as a buyer by myself WITHOUT my permission. We asked if he would return the deposit he said "Yes".
The next day Wednesday, July 16, 2014,when we spoke to the Financial Manager, named Ray, about how he ran the application, he said he knew the bank wouldn't add her to it because it wouldn't go through, implying that he didn't even attempt it with her, but then would change his story saying that he send it with her on the application. So when I asked about sending it in with both of us, he said that he wouldn't send it that way because the bank would not put her on there. He was a VERY, VERY, VERY RUDE and had a nasty attitude about MY credit chose not to be a sole buyer on a car.
When my mother took the car back and got her refund, they proceeded to try to convince her to talk me into keeping car in my name and have me sign for it. I still need them to contact the insurance company by email to let them know that I did not purchase that vehicle. When I called the Salesman, Rick, he told me to call back and have the receptionist do it (which I highly doubt exist) the next day and hung up in my face.
This ENTIRE dealership is full of cons and scam artist and I'm at the point of severely considering a lawsuit against this company. It should honestly be looked at for fraud.

Funny how when I was looking for a car ... they wanted my business . When I needed a part for my car that WAS PROMISED TO ME , I was ignored , left on hold , told they had fired the guy in charge of that dept ( so i guess when that happens NOTHING GETS DONE) , hung up on , even told that I was not to call back . Go and pick up the part today and didn't even get a "Sorry for the inconvenience."Just a "here you go ." and walks away . NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PRO SELECT AUTOS OFF OF 820 AGAIN !!!! TALK ABOUT UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS .

Great place to work and even better to buy your new car.

Deal didnt go through bcz my references where at work and didnt answer phone.Was threatened with repossesion so I took car back.Now im struggling to get downpayment back.They put me on hold for hours.salesman not their.lady that writes checks left early and various other lies.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP..dealership word used loosly.!!!

THEY SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU DOWN THERE AND THEN THEY RUN YOU THROUGH THE THEIR GAUNLET - THERE IS THIS SHORT SAWED OFF MANAGER, THINKS HE IS A MANAGER, BUT HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU ALL HE CARES IS ABOUT GETTING YOU INTO A LEMON!!!! NO GOOD BUSINESS THERE!!!!!

Stay FAAAAAAAR AWAY from this place! This place is the bottom of the trash, as far as customer service amd professionalism. Once they get your business, which they don't do correctly anyway,they have the worst communication. I'm soooo glad I didn't keep the car they gave me for a couple of weeks. Make them write their promises down and sign them. Definitely do not go through David.

Purchased a Ford F150 they took it to get it detailed and oil changed picked it up the next day and a day later engine blew up. Not a drop of oil in it. After threating to get lawyers involved they agreed to replace motor. Now its time for inspection. Fail he tells me 02 sensor bad. I go buy the one I need crawl under the truck and NOOOO catalytic converter. THIS IS ILLEGAL to sell a vehicle as a dealership. I guess its time to get the lawyer I am tired of dealing with these CROOKS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Sadly yelp doesn't offer negative stars ... I got a car from them October 2012 and it has been HELL ever since. Not only did my car some with 4 broken motor mounts (they said the shaking issue was cause I wasn't tightening the gas cap correctly), engine just quit on me!, head gasket had a leak, axel was hanging on by a faith ... If your looking for a finance a lemon these are ur guys ! I called sooo many times to get help and kept getting the run around. I even had to lie about my name and use someone else's phone to get the dealer on the phone. (He even laughed at the fact he was caught) do far I have spent almost $2k on fixing this car . It's so sad but I'm almost at the point to call it quits and just leave it on their front lawn... (They would probably try and resale it lol!)

STAY AWAY!! I was told i was approved for a 2009 Chevy Tahoe, and was told to come back up there, and they said that were going to have to put me and my wife and three kids in a 2009 honda civic, 500 a month sale price 18,000 dollars @ 20 % interest but come back in 6 months and we can put me in a SUV at half the payment, they are not going to honor that, so thats a lie so dont buy it! also i wanted to think about it over night and they said the deal wont be there tomorrow, i called in a favor for you buddy, its only for 6 months and ill take care of you, Ray is very condescending and so is the staff, i wanted things fixed on the car, and they told me how to fix it instead of doing it for me, i can go on and on about how horrrable this dealership is!! you get hung up on and treated horrible he will talk to you like your a kid after you buy from them!!

BUYERS BEWARE is an understatement. I would not send anyone I know to this place. They are liars and do not have customer service skills at all, management to staff. I normally do not write reviews but I had to let people know about this company. They tell you are approved then they have you come back and tell you ohh yea we had to pull another report and we can not approve you now. Even after you talk with them before you come out to make sure everything was good and you were still approved. They are liars and please do not waste you time going to this place. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau, this was just ridiculous.......

stay away they have nice looking cars, but buyer beware. I purchased a 2008 malibu from this place. Told the saleman about something I would like them address before I purchased the car. the big one was the check engine light was on. He promised he would take care of everything I showed him. They kept the car for about to weeks to repair it. I drove it for about a mounth took it for an inspection to fine out they did not mix the problem just ,PUT A PIECE OF TAPE OVER THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.Took it back to them,all I was told is their not going to fix the car and called the police on me.
