My mother was a resident at Grace Healthcare for three months in 2010. I can not say enough good things about the entire staff. Every administrator, nurse and nurse tech knew my mothers name and attentively attended to her needs. I never saw any instances of neglect during my Moms time there. I would whole heartedly recommend Grace Healthcare to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

I dont know what happened but a year ago when Tim McConnell was administrator it was a very friendly and caring place. All the staff that was there when my mother was first admitted was wonderful and then all of a sudden they all disappeared throughout the year. The administrator that is there now is unapproachable and not interested inwhat you are saying to him. Most of the time his door is closed. That could be due to his age and inexperience. I know they had an awful review last week and the DON was let go. To me the administrator is just to blame as she was. He is an overseer. I do not feel comfortable with my mother being there and I am trying to locate another place for her on my own. The survey uncovered basic nursing errors which should have never happened and didn't when there was another administration. I would never reccommend this place. They don't care about their residents or employees with this new management team. .
