The instructor kept the class engaged.
Toni was my BLS provider instructor and she did a great job with teaching me and making sure I understood what I needed to do to save lives!;-)

Toni was great & made sure that I was confident & prepared for real life situations.
Very informative and professional.
I was able to ask questions and get info as needed. Proper hand placement and technique on manikins was demonstrated/corrected as needed. I feel very confident that I can provide quality care for infants, children and adults now that I've been properly trained.
