A very expensive refrigerator that was in our home when we bought it had several problems. After about three or four visits by Geiser people, and they are all very nice and good people, they could never fix the thing finally gave up the ghost. We bought a new kitchen aid and in less than a year the panel went nuts and the icebreaker broke. They came out two days later and said they coldn't get back to it for "a couple weeks" That got stretched into 23 days, with a non-functioning icemaker and a control panel that who knew when would explode. When I asked them to provide better service they said they couldn't as they had to balance service and family. They asked me to drop them off the repair. I did, gladly. If you have plenty of time and don't really care about getting your problem fixed, this is a good place to go.

Mr. Geiser came to repair my washer. He was so honest as to say, that while the noise was irritating, the washer could run indefinitely without that repair and to fix it would be so expensive, it was not practical. It has run a year or two since that, and I got to this site as I was looking to buy a freezer. He was so excellent in other service calls, too, so I reviewed now.

I am very happy with the great customer service Geiser and son offered. Lorin is such a nice guy. My washer was back to normal in no time. Thanks again Lorin oh by the way I love the email conformation.
