Biggest issue renting from Trend is when the lease states they can show your house to other people while you live there. I signed a year lease 5.5 monthes later they are bringing strangers in the house to show for next years lease. Never experienced this before. Every other realtor Ive worked with begins to show the last 30 days of the lease. This is going to be a very uncomfortable 6.5 remaining monthes. Had I known I would have never signed that lease.
