We ordered vertical sheers which we couldn't find at a reasonable price when we first moved here three years ago not knowing that Lowe's carried them. We bought the Bali vertical sheers and they look absolutely beautiful! Most of our neighbors had never seen them and they loved them. Both the women AND the men were very impressed. Cindy was SO patient and helpful and Terry did a perfect job of installing them, We couldn't be more pleased. Our bedroom looks like a beautiful, romantic hideaway (words of one of our male friends!). LOVE THEM!Thank you, Lowe's!

I went to purchase a washing machine and had horrible customer service. I was treated very poorly by the sales associate. I promptly left and went to Sears and bought a great new MayTag that I love!

It is the weekend and my wife has plans for me. So in order to get her plans done, I have to time and price it right. Lowes is the place I go. They have the products I need, at a price I can work afford. The staff helps me with the planning, and most of all, the know how to get the job done. They are always courteous.
