The new owner of Top Games is a great guy with a staff that knows how to fix most system problems. However some problems are just not fixable. These guys know their video games and are not afraid to tell you when a game sucks even if it means losing a sell

When Tom Yu owned this store it was top notched and he stood behind everything he sold and repaired. The new owned does not. I took a PS3 to him and he repaired it. It worked for a few days and did the exact same thing it did before it broke the first time. My son carried the console up there and one of the employees/owners said there was nothing he could do. I then took it myself and the owner said he would make the repair. After a week in the shop, he calls me and told me that he could not repair it and that he would not refund my repair money which was nearly $100.00. I had no problem paying the 25.00 diag fee but have a big problem paying for a repair that could not be made. I feel like I have been robbed.
