I give this company a zero star rating. They have the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was without air for 6 days after they came and diagnosed my unit. They left on Wednesday and told my husband someone would call. I called numerous times after Wednesday only to be forwarded to a voice messaging service, left messages several days, never received a return call. Then after 6 days they call and tell me a technician would be out the following day, and gave me an all day window. Needless to say in Texas its very hot, they had no regard for me or my husbands time. My husband missed 2 days from work and I missed the other days. I have medical issues and they agreed with AHS to expedite the service, which was not adhered too. I have a small dog who also suffered as a result of their poor service. I understand that I was not the only household experiencing air conditioning problems, but please have some regards for our time, because it's as valuable at their technicians time. And, this was not my first encounter with this company. As a result of my warranty company using them as a contractor, they were out to my house in June 3 times patching my unit. During that span of issues, I went an entire weekend without air and was rudely treated by incompetent service reps. I requested to speak with a person in management and conveniently was told they stepped out, but my request return call was never received. I will be letting AHS know that if they ever send this company to my home again I will cancel my contract with them. Steer away from this company unless you don't mind wondering when someone will come and address your needs.

I would highly recommend A-US Air conditioning of Texas. I have home warranty through AHS. I called them this am due to my gas furnance going out. They got ahold of A us air, and they called me back asap to let me know they where very busy, but could have someone come out today. I got a call from Josh G. and he stated he could be here at my house in 1 HR, actually got here sooner. He was very professional and told me exactly what was wrong, and corrected the problem within 40 mins. It was 45 degrees in house down stairs, the other furnace upstairs was not heating the house entire house at all. Due to the cold weahter we are about to get hit with again, he also found out the thermostat was bad and fixed that as well. Without his knowledge and professlonaslism the down stairs still would be freezing. He stated would come back out if any more problems came up. I greatly appreciate the service he gave, becuase you dont get that anymore in todays market. Thanks Again!! Mike R Frisco Tx
