Worst customer service ever experienced!! Unfortunately my home warranty (who is just as bad) keeps sending ASCenter to take care of my claims. No one has answered the phone since 4 pm, no answering service so I can't leave a message. The tech left me a "post-it" since he still can't fix my AC (it's 100 degrees outside and 110 inside the house) but only left shorthand notes (voltage, units, etc) & no explanation why it was not fixed. DO NOT use this company voluntarily.

I have dealt with over a dozen A/C companies within the last few years and ASC is the worst. My A/C unit was only blowing semi-cool air, so my home warranty comp sent ASC on Wed. The technician disabled the A/C unit and told me he needed to get parts and would be back the next day since the parts are at the shop according to his supervisor. I took off work and nothing, not even a phone call. Friday came around and nothing, so I called them 3pm on Friday. Apparently, they lost my invoice and would have to contact the technician. They advised that they would call me within a few hours. I waited and no callback. Monday comes around and no callback or anything. I called ASC and the same lady from Friday told me that she would speak with a supervisor about it and will call me back within 1 hour. I wait a few hours and nothing. I called my home warranty and they advised that I would have to wait to see when ASC can be back since they order parts. Now I am stuck waiting in 100deg temps!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Our home warranty company sent them out and in the end we asked to be given cash for the repair and call a company we could trust. They tried to charge us for several additional things that the warranty company wouldnt cover. It was all unneccessary work and each time we found a flaw in their reason they would lie about why things were needed. They flat out lied and told us we HAD to pay for a new concrete pad because it was a city code. Our city code enforcer said that was not true. Then they said the new pad was needed or the mfr would void the warranty. Also not true; we even spoke the mfr corp office and got confirmation. When they found out we werent going to fall for their lies and pay more, they left and we still have no heat system installed. I cant believe they are still in business. They are crooks!

I gave them one star , because you can't post a comment without giving them a star.I would never have this company do any work. I would absolutely discourage anyone from using their services.They came out to my home and wanted to charge additional fees and when I refused to have them done, the tech was very upset. They had a list of charges that were not even charges that went to the appliance I was trying to have fixed.

They mistakenly dispatched a tech to my house. They had the wrong address for the homeowner for warranty work. I thought my wife had scheduled an appointment. I paid for a service call that was in error. I contacted the business and explained what happened. I was told my check would be cancelled when the tech arrived back to the garage. The check was cashed. I was then told I would be mailed a refund. It has been 3 months now. Numerous voicemails left. No response. Owner always too busy to take my call. I do not think I would trust doing business with this company.

I WOULDN"T EVER give this company a 1 star but that's the least option to pick from. This company has provided the WORST repair service I have EVER experienced. We had them come out to our home on several different occasions and NOT once were they able to fix our machine. They DAMAGED our floor and are now stalling to reimburse us the cost to fix it. We have contacted them SEVERAl different times and each time the owner has REFUSED to talk with us. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE THINKING ABOUT HAVING THIS COMPANY COME OUT TO FIX YOUR APPLIANCE IS TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE. They are not reliable and sure don't know how to fix something. Very DISSATISFIED in DALLAS.

LOWES needs to find another warranty servicer Im really not sure about the technician end, I never got that far. I found them to be unreliable, customer service was foreign to them. If they arent going to meet their scheduled times dont expect a courtesy call. The manager is unconcerned , the dispatcher is rude and has zero regard for honesty or professionalism. Very sad in todays economy when so many jobs are going offshore that our service industries continue to deliver POOR customer service and disregard the reason they are there in the first place. If you have an extended warranty agreement with Lowes on a major appliance do yourself a favor and request that this NOT be the service center assigned to handle your warranty issues. What a great experience.From the moment they answered the phone, til my refridgerator was fixed I was extremely pleased. They also offered a 1 year parts & labor warranty. I called them for my daughter's heater also.She recieved the same quality service as I did.
