A some place to work out

They said no extra charges besides monthly due but application has yearly maintenance fee and sales rap never explained about it.

sales person wasn't very convinced ..pretty much take it or leave it...

Not recommended. Was rated 1 star now 0. They will charge you late fees that you are not aware of .

I like working out at this place. They have a lot of equipment that you can use to work out but theres so many RUDE people that works there. One time i get upset with one mexican lady who work at the daycare area. Didnt even greet you because she was busy gossiping with another coworker and really rude just talking to you she seems like shes irratted that i interrupt her gossipping. Came morning to work out ijust saw a black young lady screaming at the kids mad. Last the lady was trying to tell me i need to sign this and that and dont even want me to start writing my name first which is its not really my first time signing in and off the kids. Shes trying to hurry me like im an idiot. They really need to hire a employee with a real nice appearance and knows how to be nice to regular customer!!!!

Bad services and when try to call many times for questions they never answer their phone.

I love this gym, staff is friendly and helpful. The trainers do try to sell thier services, but thats thier job. They will give you some tips if they are not busy with a client. New machines and gym is clean. Price is great, I dont need a pool I am there to work out .

Had this membership for 2 months we had to pay a start up fee plus an annual fee. We were told that they were open 24 hrs we drove all of the way there and they were closed. No note on the door stating why. Then I call the next day 5 times....no answer. Ready to cancel and go elsewhere. Do not waste your money here.

Customer service is terrible, the front desk people are rude, they don't greet the customer how they are supposed too. But, I don't go for them I go to workout. The gym is clean and big even though it tends to get really packed between 5 pm and 8pm.

$10 a month yes that sound good,but you talking about customer service and cleanliness than forget about its. And the cancellation for your membership get even worse . You have to send them the certified mail and the 30 day notice give me a break when you sign up everything is electronic ,come to cancelling you have to send in the mail?! Don't go there people if you don't want to get ripoff!!!

This is the worse gym that you don't want to step your foot into people!!! DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIP OFF BY THEM. Very bad customer service!! The place is so dirty and over crowded !!

Rude..rude..rude...no manner ,uneducated staffs . Gym is very dirty !! What happen to the maintenance fee that they are charged why not keeping the place clean?? People don't go there!!!!
