We were forced to use this company from our warranty on our home this company is the worst i have ever dealt with. I work in customer service and if i treated my customers the way they treated us we would not have any business. I do not take it likely to write a bad review on anyone so you have to really upset me for me to do so. First off what was suppose to be handled in 1 week took, 3 weeks. I called them numerous times and ALWAYS had to leave messages and NO ONE EVER called me back. In order to to reach them I had to just keep calling until someone finally answered. Then i still to this day do not know what exactly I was paying for and what exactly is broke. I decided to let them do the work because the cash out option was very little. So then they were suppose to call me the day before with an arrival time and no one ever did. They showed up and before the equipment was even on my property one of the helpers wanted to be paid upfront. By this time i was furious. I told them I will absolutly not pay them a dime until the work is finished. Then a lady finally calls me from the office and trys to explain why they need payment upfront because she was nice enough to come in on a saturday. This completely upset me, I thought how dare you sorry to inconvenience you since no one has called me back, answered, my questions, and the owner never called me like i requested. So i asked them to leave and i will pay the full amount with someone i trust rather then use these guys. They are terrible in the office so therefore it made me wonder how terrible they were going to be putting my system in. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!
