Larry Davis was great. Dropped my son's GTI off for oil change and was greeted by his enthusiasm and eagerness to take care of us. Will definitely return based on his service alone.

My service visit (first one ever) at Rusty Wallis was terrific. Evan Steele was really helpful in explaining the issues with my W-8 and how to deal with them. Evan and his team made every attempt to resolve the problem in a conservative manner. This lays a good foundation for trust.

Evan Steele was polite. He listened to my questions. He explained the process. He would call when the timeline to have the work completed changed (due to parts not being the correct ones, and/or when the length of time for the parts to be delivered changed.) He was a gentleman by holding the door while I got in. "Hats off" to the driver of the courtesy van. He called to give me an idea of his timeline. He keeps the van clean.

I like that I'm given all the information about what was done on my car after the service is complete. I feel comfortable bringing my car to Rusty Wallis VW and will continue to do so.
