Horrible place of business. Watch out for the "global fee." Reported them to the BBB. Would not give us any test results. Harassed about payments every visit. Could go on for hours about how bad this place is, be warned.

Terrible. 15 years ago delivered my son. He made my experience a nightmare. He made a comment that "it is underdeveloped and malformed "making me think it was my son instead of some fibroids. He denied it.

Knowledgeable doctor who I believe lost his compassion for patients. Very rude to me, but knows what he is doing.

Horrible place. Stay away!

Everyone here is rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a second opinion on my diagnosis, the doctor said fine, go get one but don't ever come back here! WTH? They kicked me out!

Dr adcock is the worse doctor ever

The receptionist are rude and talk about your private health info aloud in front of others, from day one I was harrassed about payments. The doctors don't communicate with one another and you get inconsistent opinions and care. Most of the doctors are rude and they never ask you how you are feeling and act irritated when you ask questions. When my insurance plan changed they tried to discharge me at 31 weeks along!

If there was a choice for no stars that is exactly what I would give. This office is unprofessional from the front of the office all the way to the back. Any person I have ever spoken with Jennifer, Tonya, Michelle and even Kim the practice manager need serious customer service workshops/training. Dr. Lugae is a joke! She has no idea how to be compassionate nor friendly. She allowed me to miscarry for almost 3 weeks when I should have been a D&C. Once I was finished or I thought I was she tells me the fetus is still sitting at the top of my cervix and gives me 2 ibuprofen has me lay back and pulls it out right there in the office. Who does that? I have spoken with many Ob/Gyn since that tramautic event and they said she should have been reported and I should have never been made to suffer that long! I will never come back to this practice again. As a matter of fact I plan on letting anyone and everyone know how terrible they are!!! Unprofessional is an understatement!!!!

Jennifer was very nice and was very informative to my questions. She set up my appt promptly and went on ahead and took as much information as she could for insurance. She went above and beyond compared to other Dr’s offices that I have talked too and even my own PCM!!!

Jan 8th, 2010 10AM.....I spoke to Jennifer to setup an appointment..She seemed very snobish & curt. She asked me when the last day of my period was. I figured she would atleast give me an idea how far along I could be with that info. Not many people know that I am pregnant & it is a special thing for me & my husband. ESPECIALLY since we have been trying to get pregnant for 6 months. If the receptionist is rude I wont bother with the rest of the staff or DR's.
