Called to make an appointment, whomever answered the phone (I think Melissa) wasn't friendly at all; rude. Made me feel like I was bothering her.

Costumer service is very poor. The employees are very short with you and not very personable. Not a very good welcome feeling when you walk in the door. Confusion is apparent when you ask for a haircut. They all look around to see who wants the next costumer. Not to excited to cut hair.... We need this fixed. It's been many times that this has happened and I have heard this from others as well.

Highly recommend this salon. Annie does a great job coloring, highlighting and cut. Was worried when I moved up north was going to lose a good salon down state. This studio is BETTER! And much more reasonably priced. Also enjoy the natural products.
