Medical attention given to my daughter was good but since my visit in September of 2017 I was turned over to a collection agency based on a clerical error by the staff. I attempted to correct issue by calling and assumed everything had been corrected. Months later, I called by a collection agency. After calling KidMed to again correct the issue and speaking with multiple people, I was told that there was nothing they could do and I would have to deal with the collection agency directly and pay double of what my bill was. Frustrated would be an understatement. Management of this facility is lacking and one hand does not know what the other hand is doing (or in my case, not doing). Customers are left to pay for the lack of attention to detail by their staff.
