THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEFS

My Friend and I went to Glendale Auto Wrecking to get a motor for his car. The first motor we received did not have any oil pressure, So we took it back and got another one. We got the 2nd motor in and and the same problem occurred . We told them this and they said we put the motor in wrong because it was running when we gave it to you. The only problem with that is you can clearly see that the motor has been sitting for a period of time. We had an ASE certified Mechanic take a look at it he confirmed it has been sitting from the Oil plunger completely rusted shut. He also informed us that he has received faulty motors and transmission from this company in the past . $850 and many hours spent and they will not refund the money or compensate us in any way and they said you have to bring the motor back for a 3rd time THIS IS RIDICLOUS! (for all we know they keep giving us the same motor) This is bad business and they are bullies, liars and should be stopped because its wrong. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE DO NOT USE

I called an asked for a price on a part an when I got to their place AN went to pay for the part it was 3 xs the amount , I asked the guy what change the price from the timed I called you an NOW he said " OH I GAVE THE PRICE FOR A DIFFERENT PART WHICH I THOUGHT YOU HAD ASKED FOR " I said no you even repeated the part , year an model back to me , he looked at me all bend out of shape an asked me if I still wanted the part I said no not anymore an walked out . This people don't care if they loose customers period that's Bad Bad business practice .

We purchased a motor for our son's car for $880. When the mechanic installed it, it did not work, even with the things they suggested to try. The mechanic is a good friend of ours and we trust him and stand by his work. We had to pay the shop for the labor which was $1000 and still we do not have a working car. Glendale Auto Parts and Wrecking's response was that we should have bought a labor warranty. So basically we spent all that money to fix the car and it still doesn't run. We could have bought a new car for that amount. Don't buy from this company.

Just bought an engine for my 2000 Explorer. They gave me a month to change out my old one and bring back. They also gave me a 6 month warranty. No one else does that. Raul was a great help. I highly recommend Glendale Auto Parts.

THANKS FOR THE GREAT PART. We just bought a transmission for our 2001 Silverado 4x4 here and it worked great! They had the part I needed at a good price and it was clean!

I purchased a used motor from this wrecking yard in July, 2011. They originally told me they had one on site for $750.00. I came in to pay for it and was told that one is gone, they have one in Tucson for $800.00. Even though I felt a little like a bait & switch I paid for the motor, with a promise it was to be delivered Thursday. Friday I finally got a return call saying the motor had a broken timing cover, they were going to replace it and deliver the engine Mon. Tues. the engine showed up. Every sensor was missing or broken, they had removed too many parts. The reason you get a used motor is it is an easy exchange. It was out of a buick and I had an olds, so the electronics plug did not match, had to change the fuel injector system. Once this was done the engine installed and started, discovered a major oil leak. Found out they replaced the timing cover, but REMOVED the oil pan gasket, and DID NOT TELL US.

AFTER CALLING IN TO CHECK AVAILABILITY ON A 1992 HONDA PART, THEY STATED THEY DID IN FACT HAVE THE PART, HOWEVER SOLD ME A 2002 HONDA PART, THEN REFUSED TO REFUND MY ENTIRE SALE PRICE. THEY INSULTED ME WHEN THEY STATED I ORDERED THE WRONG PART- HOWEVER I KNOW THE MAKE, YEAR, AND MODEL OF MY CAR, AND ALL THEY WANTED WAS A SALE, OR AT LEAST TO POCKET THE RESTOCKING FEE!
