This review is for the hair salon, about 3 months ago I got a hair cut from Hell (not at Pennys). I had tried everything I could think of to fix it but none thing seem to help AND then Faviola appear, she is not only talented,she knows what a customer needs. She is a total doll and an asset to JC Penny salon. I cried when I saw how well she had fixed my hair. Thank you Ms. Faviola. One more thing the entire staff there helped me feel at ease with their attitude and gorgeous smiles.

Jo se’ (Joe saye) in the beauty salon is excellent! He takes time to find out what you want to have done and he makes good suggestions for your hair and face. Every time I go - I love the results! I am deaf, too, and he is patient to let me lipread him. Good man/good stylist!
