We had purchased tickets for the tour; we tried to check in, we were sent back and forth from office to the boat four times. Other people were complaining about the same thing. I mentioned to the man in charge of loading passengers that there needed to be an understanding of the check in process with the crew. He laughed at me and told me to get over it. I showed no attitude before that, I told him fine refund my money and Im gone. He then tried several times to start a fight with me. I would not waste a minute of you time in this establishment.
