Beware (only for certain people)! I have been going to this place for 2 months and Stephen Mikita was okay. It's the staff that is very rude. I mean to the point that they dont even speak but only to certain people. Today I called to verify my appointment time and the person that answered the phone was very rude and I knew it was the female PT because she always has an attitude with me like she hates her job. I even attempted to steer the conversation by saying Good morning. She ignored that. I proceeded to come to my appointment early to speak to the Stephen about his employee. He was not there yet. I was talking to another woman about her coworker and that I wanted to complain but the PT who answered the phone came from the back and started talking not only disrespectfully but aggressively to me. Mind you I didn't come in asking to speak to whoever answered the phone I came in to speak to the boss. She proceeds to tell me "What you need to understand is I'm here alone" etc. That does not justify speaking to your customer all disrespectfully. She should speak to her boss about that not take it out on the customer. She is dealing with the public and ill people and she needs to understand that. So we had a heated confrontation. I spoke to Stephen and he said that was not true. She was not alone. Honestly, he acts like he is scared of his staff. If you come here, you will never see one black employee and they will very much so show you that they do not want you here. Do not spend your money at a place that treats you bad. I switched to another PT! Horrible experience! Again, this is only for certain people. My surgeon at UCLA also isn't a fan of this place because he said I should be moving much better by now and he advised me to also switch.

It is my first visit to a Physical Therapist after my left elbow surgery more than one week ago. I found their clinic information through online search and their way of taking care of their clients is very professional and Stephen is very helpful. I told him I have issues with pain tolerance and indeed, he managed to lessen the pain and did the therapy in a manner that you will continue your therapy sessions with them. I highly recommend their clinic and I am sure anybody who comes to visit their clinic will do the same. Evelyn Benson
