      The board certified cardiologists, electophysiologists, and cardiac and thoracic surgeons of Genesys Heart Institute provide disease prevention, diagnosis and revolutionary procedures that provide more life–saving options. Genesys physicians have a long standing history of utilizing best practice medicine and incorporating state–of–the art technology. Genesys electrophysiologists utilize the most modern tools to diagnose and treat most heart rhythm disorders and provide procedures to implant pacemakers and other devices to treat life–threatening heart rhythm abnormalities. Genesys cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons perform a broad range of heart and chest surgery, including highly complex cases. Genesys heart surgeons were among the first in the state to perform minimally invasive coronary artery bypass graft surgery, and minimally invasive heart valve heart valve repairs and replacements. Our heart surgeons at Genesys have the lowest complication rate in the state and are in the top 5 percent for most heart surgeries performed.
