Terrible hospital. Do a search on their unethical billing practices and that is all you need to know. The nurse turnover is high and administration turnover is equally high. That should tell you something. Much of the clinical staff is prn (called in as needed or part time), so to many employees, Texas General is a part time job. They don't have a stake in the hospital's success. Their pay and benefits are below market rates and you often get what you pay for.I would not advise anyone to go to this facility.

Great hospital, well organized but EXTREMELY RUDE AND IMPATIENT Switchboard operators. I asked her one question because I could not understand the woman and she proceeded to yell into the phone with an attitude

My Husband was in ICU for 2 weeks. The Staff ,The Nurses and the Doctors were Awesome!!!

I didn't have to worry about contacting the insurance or papers for the next doctor, they handled it all.

Was a relief for me the wife going through everything that they handled that.

tex gen hosp is pretty adequate to most hospitals out there. very synomous with other places ive been in the past.

everything was overall at expectation nothing over the top ad nothing that screamed out as an issue.

quick and easy interaction. got the job done and had me in and out. that makes me happy whenever im at a hospital

everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. And quick service. I worried that it was going to be very expensive. I have insurance, but they said they are not in network on any insurance plans.

texas general hospital was a good expericnce for me and my family. We were able to actually get in and out

took care of my families need when my youngest got sick. they cared for her as if she was one of their own. Thankful for this.

overall a decent experience in which was better than most so I must say I am thank for that. visit if youre sick

clean facility. helpful staff. they were quick with us I didnt feel like I had to be in the forever and a day for a no reason.
