I am very unsatisfied with this business for misquoting me by $345. I also did not receive good service on the phone when trying to figure out the problem. Their resolution was that it was my fault that I scheduled the procedure 2 weeks after the consult. Apparently, they need at least three weeks to obtain an accurate quote. I wish I had know this prior to the procedure. They informed me that they were not able to get an accurate quote until 5 days after the procedure. So the first quote they gave me was only an estimate. When asked prior to the procedure, I was assured that it would not cost any more. A month later I received the second bill for $345. So, do the checking with the insurance company yourself. And get a QUOTE in writing.
