A place where this pastor stiffed a poor waitress then got her fired! She is more like the king that kill jesus. Get off your high horse bell.

Waitresses are some of the lowest paid people out there. For that crummy tip, they are on their feet all day and get treated like dirt. Sure, some high-end waiters make money working a few choice hours, but most of them barely make minimum wage when you average out their total workweek and all those hours worked with no tips between the lunch crowd and the dinner crowd.



I hope the DUDE UPSTAIRS gives you a lesson in compassion by getting YOU fired, Reverend Alois Bell, for your unChristian scorn of the poor woman who was forced to wait on you, ungrateful creature. I would not recommend attending a church where the pastor does not understand basic Christian values like forgiveness and charity.

The pastor sure doesn't sound very Christian. This isn't your "donation" in excess of their pay - their pre-tip pay often doesn't pay their taxes! What an ungrateful, uneducated, judgemental person to leave such a message for the waitperson. While it may not have been the most appropriate thing to share online, the server shouldn't have been fired for it. And this pastor should be apologizing to her for being the cause of her losing her job. In fact, the pastor should be the one asking for the server to get her job back. Until then, I'd stay away from this church.

I would tell and shout to the world on top of a mountain NOT to attend this church. The waitress was fired for bad judgement and the church should fire their pastor for bad judgement!! I am sure you tip your pastor nicely every Sunday. What kind of car is she driving? jewels, coats?? I used to work as a waitress through college and I was stiffed many times and it was the same "type" of people every time. I know I was a great server because of the large tips and praise I received from others. I DO NOT BELIEVE FOR A MINUTE and noone else does that these people left her a tip. weather you were called out online or someone called you out in church you had no business being that mean to someone who just waited on you literally hand and foot, and the reason she should have got 18% instead of 10 is you had a large party there and the standard for a normal party of 4 or less IS 10% so she worked her but off for your party and everyone else in her section so she deserved the extra 8%, so much for the charity of the church.

I have never gone to this church, but from what the pastor did, I would never. She got some girl fired from her job because she posted the reciept and what the pastor wrote to her. Pastor Hall write " why would i give you 18% when i give god only 10%". Well pastor, I figured you would give 100% to god, or there abouts. 2.
