Let me get this right. You had multiple electrical issues with a used car you bought elsewhere and you "expect" all to be perfect after one visit. Whoa. Eddie is a great guy who runs an honest and fair business. I have used his services for years. Not a spec of dishonesty here. I wish your experience was better. It's a small shop where all the guys are out working on the cars. Your review is completely unfair.

Owner Eddie Broome will treat you right. They know what good customer service means and their shop is nice and clean. They also offered to give me a ride back to work while the repairs were being done as well as taking it across the street to have it inspected for me to save me some time. Wow! Owner Eddie Broome is a great guy and runs his shop with a competent and friendly staff. Once you go here, you'll never go any where else for car repairs!

My total cost of repairs were double than the estimate was. They did not consult me of the additional labor charges prior to completing my repairs. They said they assumed I knew additional labor charges would incur since they needed additional time to complete my repairs. Also, my car was not done on the day they said it would be. They advised me my car would be ready that day and for me to come down before they closed. I sat in the waiting room 1 1/2 hrs. waiting on it and 15 mins before closing time they advise me it will not be ready until the next day and that I needed to find a ride home. When I contacted them the next day they advised me it would be ready in 1 hour, 1 and a 1/2 hrs later I arrive at the shop to pick up my car. They said it will be ready in 15 to 20 mins. I sat in the waiting area another hour before it was actually ready. I do not recommend Auto Improvements to anyone! Terrible Customer Service!
