Old world craftsmanship. Don't get this kind of quality work anymore. Worth every penny

Been to this shoe repair before and didn't have a problem. But was just there last week and he charged me $15.00 for new heel tips on a pair of ladies heel- PLUS he wanted a deposit. That has never happened before. Unfortunately, there is nowhere else to go in Grayslake.

Do not bother going to this place for any type of repair. I thought it would be friendly people in a small town business but quite the opposite. No one acknowledged me when I came in even tho I was the only customer there.Quite grumpy. I needed the zipper on a boot replaced and they wanted to charge $45.00. RIDICULOUS. I could buy a new pair for that price. Do not go there unless you want to get ripped off!!!
