      As Colombian couple Yuri and Gustavo shared a passion for good coffee and good food. They decided to start a minimalistic style Crepe eatery. A fast casual place where people could eat really good crepes both savory and sweet with the best coffee in the world: Colombian coffee. ENCANTO crepes & Cafe was born out of love for good things, classic crepes made out with premium local ingredients and a unique style with fresh produce. A simple, minimalistic menu that honors the motto of "less is more". Our restaurant design has a unique clean-modern style. Yuri and Gustavo know how important is to give customers a complete experience. Respect, love and tidiness are the pillars of Encanto's operation to get every customer the best version of a true gourmet experience. Even though the idea started cooking a few years back, Encanto's first restaurant opened on Valentines 2023.
