Last week, Bobby Dunn, and his wife spent several hours clearing fallen trees from my yard along with some men from my church. The big ice storm of March 2014 downed some dozen cypress trees, necessitating a group with chainsaws to clear it. Even though I have never met the Dunns, am not a member of their church or community, and they didn't make a cent, they poured themselves into helping for absolutely no wordly gain. If I am EVER in the market for a Hyundai, I will look here first.
I bought a used car from this establishment and 3 months thereafter, I have been experienced trouble wtth the same issue for the past 3 years. the car was towed at least 10 times and was supposedly fixed by replacing the starter 3 times. my issue with this establishment is that they did not try to work with me on correcting this issue to my satisfaction. I tried to buy another car from the establishment with an ad that was sent to me to buy my car back, but this establishment would not make a deal to forgo the negative equity that was needed to put me in another used car. I felt and still feel like customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. I have the car back but it's like driving a time bomb. I don't know when it's gonna leave me stranded.
We purchased a 2011 Sonata from this dealer. Our experience was outstanding. We started out checking cars and prices over the internet and then went to the dealership and met the sales person that we were speaking with via email. His name is Lee Stephens. He made us feel so comfortable. I hope everyone will start and finish the way we did. This is our second time around with Bob Dunn and defiantly the best. Thanks Lee C.B. & Mary Lawrence
This dealer refuses to repair a transmission that they performed sub-standard work on. They do not stand behind their work. Awful service.
I bought a new car at Bob Dunn and when I got there to pick up the car, they said they made a calculation error and the car was going to cost $1,000 more. I waited 40 min. while they figured out how to fudge the numbers so that I could get the car for the price we had initially agreed upon. Then when I filled the satisfaction survey out a week later and didn't give them "10"s across the board, the salesman called me at work and insulted me. I tried to apologize and calm the situation - because in the end I was very satisfied with the car - but he would have none of it. Then I never received the accessory he said he'd give me as a result of the calculation mistake. When I wrote to ask if he was going to send it, he said "No." Very childish, unprofessional, rude, and kinda scary, to be honest.
Lee was extremely nice and helpful. I love my car, it is a 06 Sonata, and I loved the customer service at the Dealership. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I will buy my next car from them.
