Ordered a Twin Star fan from Dan's online on a Saturday evening and had a few question after I placed the order - called Dan's Monday am and spoke with them at which time they assured me that I did order what I needed and that my order would be shipped out by Wednesday.
My fan arrived on Friday and was exactly what I needed.
After installation I discovered an issue with one of the motors.- I called Dan's and they walked me through a couple quick checks and they determined that I have an issue with the fan at which time they ordered a complete replacement and sent a return tag for the defective fan.
I installed the replacement fan and it works and looks great.
This guys were great to work with and extremely helpful.
All products and any company can and will have issues from time to time and I truly believe that it's how you handle the issues with products or service that determines the rating of a company and Dan's Fan City in Greensboro earned all 5 stars on our transaction!

I was charged the incorrect price for a product that I ordered over the telephone w/ Bradley. When I went to pickup the product I ordered I was assured that my credit card was going to be credited the difference for the overage. After calling 2.5 weeks later asking where the credit was my info was taken down and I was told I would be called right back. I have yet to hear from anyone at the store again regarding the credit and it has now been filed with Chase credit card disputes which is the only way I will receive the credit I am entitled to.
