I've had great experiences with this group. Little or no wait time for scheduled appointments. I had to go in as a walk in recently as was seen in one hour. The office staff is courteous. They have also done a good job dealing with my insurance company.

Do not go to this group. The office people are rude and very unprofessional. The dentist gave me a crown that was not the same color as my teeth. Upon waiting for my insurance to be processed, and after a proactive phone call explaining this to the office, they sent me to a collection agency over $29.00 due less than 45 days. Me, with an 865 credit rating. Stay away from these people!

This is the worst dental office I have ever visited. My children have to go here due to insurance redtape. There are no dentists within an hour of my town which accept this insurance. The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. They are extremely unorganized. One time I checked my son in at the front desk and then waited 30 minutes. When I asked at the front desk how much longer, she realized that she had not even checked him in- no apologies of course. On another visit, I was offered the choice of a 12:00, 1:00 or 2:00 appointment. When I chose, the 2:00, I was told I could not have that time, because the 12 and 1 appointments have to be filled first. You are treated like a number at this facility, not a person. If you have a choice, do NOT use this facility!

Horrible beyond reason. I cannot post my review as it is too long but ithis place is terrible. The long and short of it is that they told me one thing on one visit and when I showed up for the NEXT appointment what they said about my insurance was apparently not true. Very stupid people.

Horrible. Check the review on google for the long version. They are completely inept and uncaring. look at the yahoo reviews as well. long story short they told me to come in for an extraction but after waiting IN THE CHAIR for nearly two hours they decided that my "great insurance" according to then wasn't so good a couple of days later. Getting this done tommorrow at another place. Unreasonable and just mean. Pretend that one star is a negative 5 stars.
