Because we do take the time to work closely with our customers and have an educated staff that separates us from other shoe retailers, we do maintain a no-refund policy that is posted in four unique locations at our sales desk and on all of our receipts. However, we are happy to exchange or offer a non-expiring store credit for any unworn regular price merchandise in the original packaging within fourteen days of the original purchase, and will offer an exchange on sale merchandise in the original packaging within fourteen days of the original purchase.
