Where to start?

Communication is exceedingly poor with both mgrs (Steve/Amber). I've been assured of follow-up multiple times by Amber without any proactive communication on her part. Even their leader, Steve, assured of quick follow-up.. only to avoid calls 5 hours later.

I also send an email without any acknowledgement by Dunaway..

Quotes are unreliable.

Amber confirmed, on two instances, Dunaway drivers had been to my home and that was not true. Her apparent disorganization was the excuse she laughed off (both times in her office). I called again today, after being brushed off by Steve, and was finally given a quoted price. The project quote provided was random and inaccurate for my home. I asked for another quote that Steve assured would be completed today.. nothing.

Timelines and delays are understandable. But, another round of Dunaway "commitments" would push the quote process out to 3 weeks is unacceptable (on top of the unprofessional communication practices). Just the quote..

This behavior makes me skeptical about the quality and ethics involved on their actual final product. I'll advise friends and coworkers to be very careful when dealing with Dunaway.

I brought my truck in there to have a windshield fixed and after service was done they crashed my truck into the wall. After months of asking for the cost of repair they had told me today that they have not decided yet on how they were going to pay And if they were going to pay so now I will be turning this over to my attorney big hassle over nothing. I personally will never use them again nor will I recommend anybody
