I started off there as a groupon and now I'm a regular. Sofia did all of my services facial, nails and hair. I loved all of it!!! She was ver friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted with every service! She has done my hair 3 times since, i always look forward to my next appointment! rThe salon is bigger than I expected and all the staff are very accommodating!!!

Amazing! I was referred by a co-worker. I had my hair cut and colored by Robert. It is the best cut I have ever had. The salon and spa are so cozy and welcoming. The staff was great and I would recommend it to everyone. Their prices are very reasonable - not like VC down the street.

Shelly just did my hair and she is awesome. She is one of the owners and is very talented, pleasant and very easy to talk to. I have been to many salons in the area and have never been completely happy. I have to say, I am happy with my hair, the salon and the staff. I will definately be back. I asked my husband to get me a spa package for my birthday!

Best salon and spa in the area! I have been to many and this one is the best. Robert cut my hair. Now I know what a good haircut is. I received 1/2 off a spa service and tried a facial. That too was awesome. The staff is friendly and professional . Sorry VC but I won't be back.

I am a new client to Robert James Salon & Spa and have to say that I was treated like a Queen. I was there for a Holiday Package plus a haircut. Every service was impecable and the haircut was awesome. They really know what they are doing there. I will be a regular there and would like to thank all the staff for being so friendly and nice during my visit.

I went to this salon for a long time. My hair was beautiful everytime I walked out except the last time I went. The same girl that did my hair for 2 years fried it off. It literally is going to take me more than a year to get my hair back to the condition it was in before it was over processed. I was tramatized to say the least. I always over looked the lack of professionalism because my hair always looked great but now I truly have no reason to return. I will also no longer recommend anyone I know to this salon anymore. So sad.:(

I recently got my haircut and highlights done at Robert James. Shelly, the owner did my hair. My hair has never looked better. I have gotten so many compliments and I feel great about myself. The salon is beautiful and the staff as well as Shelly, are so friendly, and accomodating. I took a tour of the spa on the second floor. It is amazing. I was even a 1/2 off any spa service when I left and I cannot wait to use it. I also got a free hairspray for prebooking my next appointment. They are reasonably priced and definately give back to the clients.

Could be a 5 star salon, but the treatment of the staff is a turn off. It's hard to watch.

I am so glad I found this place! I had my color and haircut done by Shelly, the owner and she is awesome. She took her time and made me feel very comfortable. Shelly is a "down to earth" stylist that wants nothing more than to make you feel good about yourself and your hair. I loved the end result and will be back. At the end of my visit, I was offered 50% any Spa Service and booked a Massage. The salon and spa are beautiful and I plan to have all of my services done there including my waxing. I am very happy and am referring all of my friends. Thanks Robert James!

I just went to Robert James for the first time. I had a haircut and highlights. My hair has never looked better. The stylist took her time and informed me of everything she was doing to my hair as well as any products that she used. I also booked for a Massage and Facial and loved both of them. It is a fantasic salon and spa. The prices are reasonable and the service is fabulous. So glad I found them.

I have been to this salon twice before and always had a good experience so I booked my wedding party there. I went for my trial and the girl who did my hair was completely incompetent. All I wanted was soft curls pulled back at the base of my neck. She teased my hair for nearly an hour. It took almost three hours to do my hair which was falling out when I left. The owner knew we weren't happy and I still had to pay for the trial. When I went to the bridal store for my final dress fitting that night, they were horrified at how horrible my hair was. I canceled my entire wedding party and booked elsewhere less than 2 weeks before the big day.
