These people are a huge ripoff. Please stay away from them. They charged us $600 for 10 minutes worth of work for the truck to tear up again with the same problem five minutes later. When we called them back they wanted to charge for a second service call. When we said it hadn't been fixed and refused to pay more, they started rejecting our calls. They ended up leaving us totally stranded. Horrible people!

Big Wheel was terrible.Dropped off the RV and explained the problems. The service manager said it would be "a few days". 3 weeks later I heard nothing, so I called and got a week long run-around. I was told that I would get the estimate by "the end of the day"....and then I would never get it. I was put on hold for extended periods of time, only to be told I could "leave a message". Eventually I received an extremely inflated estimate. Example: They wanted over $1000 dollars for a mastercylinder-booster kit (actually cost about $200), They wanted $776 for front coils that can be bought for $149. Their parts markup was ridiculous. In the end they did not inspect the parts I asked them to, they severely inflated their parts cost, and the worst thing, told me I needed parts that I apparently didn't need. I took the RV to another mechanic who said only a fraction of the things Big Wheel said to replace actually needed to be replaced, and sold them at a fraction of the cost. Stay Away

My husband had to have his truck serviced here, advice to truckers...STAY AWAY!! Having an injector go is not an easy thing for a trucker to deal with on the road, but to have a repair shop not know what was required to be done to replace it is another matter altogether. Then after repair is finished to find that items inside the truck have been broken..when they had no business being in the bunk of the truck to begin with was another slap to the face! First, pay for the outrageous labor to replace injector, then have to go back to get wiring harness replaced because they didn't KNOW it was supposed to be done at the same time..so another charge for labor...overall a horrible experience with this company and will NEVER do business again!! Will warn others of the bad service, poor attitude and behavior of employees!!

They towed one of trucks off Interstate 55 appx 3 miles. Charged me over $350.00 to tell me they didn't know what was wrong with the truck but they could pull the head and give me a better estimation. I had the truck towed home. Cost me less than $150.00 to get it fixed. Very elementary repair. But, the towing home was $1300 so now I've spent over $1800.00 for a repair that could have been done on the side of I55. It was a bad cam sensor and it takes a #10 wrench to remove 1 nut and unplug the old sensor and put on a new one. They don't know what they are doing or they are there to take advantage of stranded truckers. Either way my advise is to stay away.
