      I had their services for years and they had a new driver on the route. He kept missing my home and not taking my trash I called multiple times asking for a manager or owner as the trash was piling up in the summer and a woman swore and hung up on me. Since I had paid in advance I never got my money back after they came and took my container. I have asked for a refund of what I had paid and they said they will not refund me and if I call again they will send me a bill. I have filed a small claim in court.
