i do NOT recommend this salon what so ever! a friend and i were both getting a pedicure and it was our first time there and they only had one girl there that was doing both of ours at the same time. to me, thats just unsanitary. and when i'm getting a pedicure i want all attention on me. especially when i'm paying $40 for a basic pedicure. i'm one that knows you get what you pay for so i didn't mind spending that. but what i got was not worth $20. the whole time the front desk was extremely loud, i agree with the above review on that. it just was not what i thought it would be. location great...management and services are sad!

I visited this salon about a month back and had the worst experience ever. I made the appointment way ahead of time and it was for an updo. I have a special occasion I had to attend and i was going to get my hair and makeup done for it. When I went the girl that did my hair was putting curls in it and she burned the back of my neck. Not only once but TWICE!! I even told her and she just said sorry. My makeup was just very plain and I ended up paying about $80 for all of this. A few days later I then noticed I had THREE burn marks on the back of my neck and they were very noticeable and painful. When I called the salon manager named Michelle she was not helpful at all. She just said sorry and that she will give me my money back for my updo! And it was just a store credit!!! And she didnt even give me all of it...only for my hair! I mean I really dont want to go back to this salon but seeing I have $50 sitting there I have to. I was very unpleased with her lack of knowledge.

I am a client that has been to both the newport news and hampton location. I will say they are complete opposites by the way the look and by the way they are run. The newport news location is very organized and the manager is great...on the other hand the hampton store seems so unprofessional and it just seems like some of the girls dont really know what their doing. The front desk was very loud and I was told from one of the girls at newport news that the manager hired for the hampton store is just a kid that received the job because they had nobody else to do it. That she has no experience what so ever in running a salon or spa. You can really tell when you visit the salon. I will stick to going to newport news from now on.

Loved the location!!! Great stylist named Cindy did my highlights and cut. Best color and cut I have had in many years! Love the set-up and very clean. Highly recommanded:)
