very satisfied with the service he provided to my dryer. Professional appearance, friendly and efficient. He even took the time after he fixed the dryer to research the dryer model to see if what he fixed was a known problem with this model. He called me the next day to let me know the results.. that's service!

My fridge was not working so I contacted my warranty provider, they could not find anyone that could respond any sooner than 6 days so they asked me to find someone and submit the bill to them. When I contacted Wayne Terry (Mr Appliance) he indicated I was outside his normal service area, but when I told him how much trouble I was having getting someone to respond, he stepped up and made a special trip (on Saturday). He arrived when he said he would, with the parts to fix it. The fridge has been working well now for the past week. THANK YOU, MR. APPLIANCE !!
