This is NOT a very reliable business! I was GREATLY disappointed with the customer service and lack of professional courtesy that the employees had toward my order or the fact that I if I didn't need the order to see I wouldn't be bothering them in the first place. I ordered my much needed contacts b4 my my year for an exam was due. Then a week later I called b4 driving to this location since I live several miles frim this location an when I got there they had closed earlier than person on phone informed me. The one guy I recognized when I was there in person ordering them and asked him for my contacts and he couldn't help me because the eye Doctor left early. WELL! Some business, remember I called first! Then I go again a week later in person because surely my contacts are in! But NO! Now I'm told they are on backorder and they only have my left eye prescription box. So, because I live several miles across in a different state I said I wouldn't b e coming to this location could they please notify me when my right eye prescription comes in and possibly send them to Pooler and was told no problem that they could do that. In the mean time they gave me a courteous pair until my contacts arrive since I need them to see and keep from getting headaches. Today Jan 19th, mind you is now 2 months later and still no word from them so I call. Then I was told my right eye prescription still is on back order and because my eye prescription has now expired and even if they do come in I can't have them now! REALLY? ? ??? Oh, but I can have a refund and now I must also have a new eye exam inorder to get my contacts. But, I had to use one of the left contacts to go with a right one that I still had because with that pair the left eye was scratched and they said I couldn't return that box for the refund. They surely DON'T care about their customers and are only working to make money and NOT help people see. But, I clearly see now that this business is one of my WORST experiences I've encountered and would NOT reccommend their service's. I and my friends will go to a different eye dr. Where they care abiut a customers vision. Still upset with the lack of concern I got when I talked to them today.

I live 1 mile from my Walmart on Hilton Head Island. I left the vision center very upset and frustrated. I did not give up on Walmart, I drove out to the Hardeeville Walmart where I found everyone to be pleasant and knowledgable. I'm getting ready to by another pair of glasses and will make the trip back out to the Hardeeville Walmart.

I thought that the staff was very nice and treated me well. They were helpful and kind.

I was very pleased with this vision center. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I only stopped in to browse and then noticed the variety of frames and how inexpensive they are compared to where I usually purchase my glasses. I ended up getting my prescription transferred and a pair of glasses for under 200 with a warranty!! The warranty came free!! The place I used to go charged 200 for JUST the lenses. From now on this is where I will be purchasing my glasses!!
