Horrible. They said they would order the bridesmaid dress. A few weeks later when I came to pick it up, they never ordered it and then sold me the dress they had in the store (which at home I saw had greasy stains on it). I was going to pick it up a week later (a week before the wedding), and then when I came, they had the dress but gave the sash away to another customer (not the same wedding) so he could match a cumber bun. I finally got the sash 2 days before the wedding.
