Efficient and cordial service. I'd broke my glasses and they didn't had the parts for repair, but gave me another solution.

I came to this particular vendor listed on Va list given by agency.i set up an appointment on the 13th of June, went through the usual procedure, picked out the frames from the selection provided was told that it would take two weeks, that's fourteen days for them to come in, contacted them on the 27th, glasses were not in. went into the office the following week to see if they had come in yet, they still had not come in after searching for them in a box with other veterans eye glasses, they then contacted the VA who proceeded to tell them that the glasses had been prepared and shipped out on the eighteenth of June. The only consolation they could give me was we will continue to look for them and in the meantime we'll make you a pair until they are found, they made me a pair that i can only use for distance and not for reading. i for one am not impressed with the service and lack of professionalism that this company provides for anyone veteran's included.

Very disappointed with the service. A few months after my exam and picking up my contacts, I lost 6 within a month. They all ripped. It was a new brand recommended by the Dr. When I called to discuss my options for the unopened boxes, they told me they lost my file, said they would call me back four different times (which never once happened) and then told me I should have returned them within 60 days. Had I known they were going to be poor quality, I wouldn't have purchased them to begin with. And they still have not located my file. Glad to know they take care of personal medical information. I will not be returning.

Sight and Vision is a great place for eyecare! I have been a Sight and Vision customer for the past ten years and always enjoy my visits there. The staff is highly qualified and conducts their business in a professional and friendly manner. You don't have to worry about long waits when you arrive for your appointment, and my glasses have always come in before the estimated time of arrival. They are great for eyeglass repairs, as well. With all confidence I highly recommend Sight and Vision to anyone looking for great eyecare.

So glad I discovered Sight and Vision! It's owned and staffed by a beautiful African American family; the wife is an opthalmologist and the husband is either an optometrist or optician with a gift for recommending the perfect frames for your face. Not only did I get an expert refraction, but this business went above and beyond to make sure I got my glasses as quickly as possible, even opening after hours. Sight and Vision also provides therapy for folks with visual perceptual or oculomotor disturbances. For what it's worth, I am a middle class German/Irish/American woman. IMO, the person reviewing this business as "ghetto and unprofessional" must either be a diva princess or a competitor. I can't recommend Sight and Vision highly enough!

Service and staff was very unprofessional and rude. Optometrist and office was ghetto.. Would definitely not recommend.
