just really beginning to hate this bank. Banked at the credit union for over 20 years before Haverhill bank swallowed them up...used to get lovely personalized service...the tellers are snotty, one refused to help me with a lost money order that was never cashed, sayinging that she need the originial to give me the money...how can I when I told her it was lost! Bradford branch is the worse...attitudes are unreal..except for when the v.p. of the bank is visiting...different story! Tellers bad month customers on the phone after they hang up speaking to them....unneccesary holds on checks..when other branches don;t hold them....one teller even made a snotty, rude, jealous comment about the amount of my pay check!..Lafayette Square branch is the best...Elaine /Santa other tellers are helpful...been thinking seriously about closing my account...VP is also an a-hole....
