Worst car buying experience in 43 years of buying. This site does not provide enough "Characters" so do yourself a BIG favor and Google reviews for this dealership. They advertise cars that they don't have, bait & switch, then sent us home w/o an inspection sticker on the car we DID buy.. then took 2 months to pay off the car we traded in. Ended up having to have Nissan Corporation get involved as the dealership wouldn't return calls until NISSAN Corporation took over in handling our new car purchase issues.

NISSAN CAR OWNERS
Please do not take your car to Nissan of Hawthorne New Jersey to get repaired. They are unskilled and unprofessional people that will use your car for their personal use. They kept my car for a week when they said it will only be two days. They used 56 miles and returned my car with NO GAS. I was promised by service advisor Emilio that I was going to get a rental to make up the 56 miles that they used to put on my car. Surprisingly, Emilio can not be reached by me nor the Rep from Nissan Consumer Affairs !!!! Never ever again will I ever bring my car to get serviced from here!

I was actually a bum walking around in the street and I walked to this dealer. With no credit or a dime to claim, these wiesel heads gave me a brand new toy car to drive out with. Thanks to Nissan, I'm now pimpin' it down goffle road, you can catch me if you can. Wink wink' by far the greatest sales people you'll ever want to interact with. They are point with their knowledge, that's why now they call me. Big daddy in the streets: these people hooked it up. Thanks guys!!

I recently purchased a car from Nissan of Hawthorne in Hawthorne NJ and actually had one of the best car buying experiences I ever had! I was informed that it was recently purchased by a new owner. From the moment I walked in I was impressed, It was a clean and totally remodeled and redesigned facility. After going there a few years back and having such a bad experience I was so pleasantly surprised by all the changes. My salesman Ray did such a wonderful job. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He came through and was totally honest with everything he said about the deal. He had the car I wanted in stock and I feel like I got a Great deal based on all the research I did on the car on the internet. It always seems the only people that post reviews are the ones that are unhappy so I thought it was time to post a review of a car dealer that actually did a great job. I would reecomend this dealership to any of my friends or family

You think they would change their practices in 2010. I had a lease that I wanted to buy-out and they tried to force me into buying a new car at an outrageous price. The finance manager sat at his desk from afar and wasn't running any numbers for us because they did not like our option to buy out our existing vehicle. They are extremely unprofessional.

I was interested in buying a new car. I was talking to the Sales Rep and he blantly told me he wasn't going to even talk about financing the car because he "knew I couldn't afford it." I thought that was very demeaning and after explaining I would be able to afford it, he wouldn't talk to me about any car more than $15k. I asked to talk to the Manager and even the Manager told me that the Sales Rep was right with what he was telling me. I then stormed out cursing them both as I left. I would never recommend this place to anyone! I never have had such horrible service!
