The service and parts department are super nice and so helpful, this is a great dealership with tenacity and dignity. The parts manager was nice enough to help me repair my used Civic and although I have never purchased a car here before, they still treated me like VIP. My engine was out of whack, but the guy gave me great advice and even a discount after I told him I will definitely come back after such great service. If you are looking for a long-term service in a particular dealership, I strongly recommend Honda of Hayward than the other nearby dealers, they fixed my car ina few hours, while other auto repair shops said ti would take a few days! Come here for fast nd efficient service!

I have had very good luck. They have taken care of all the warranty work, as well as regular service. They have the car completed at the promised time, the price is always right around what they quoted, and they've been friendly and professional.

My girlfriend just bought a car here and man, best service by far! It was raining but we couldnt go any other day we felt bad but the salesman helping us out didnt seem to mind and said he was more than happy to help, I think the guys name was Brian. I say she looked at least a dozen cars and asked mundane questions like does this come in white? I almost beat my head against the wall, it was cold, raining and I just wanted to go home but the salesman was a real trooper and had a great attitude throughout the whole ordeal. Real cool guy to deal with, I definitely recommend Honda of Hayward. When it is time for my next car, or rather when I have the money I will give this place a shot.

AWESOME, the attitude was great, no one was pretentious at all (Im afirst time buyer) but Im in loans and I know how financing works. No one tried anything stupid and told me straight up what I needed and wanted to know. Even if you know or dont know how car purchasing works, I have found that honda of hayward is the best place to go, especially if you need a brand new Honda, They are competitive and will do their best to find the car you want in your price range. I am especially glad to have found this place.
