      General Info
      Hazard Clinic offers a range of medical and clinical services to children and their families. The center provides adult, adolescent and pediatric health screening; outpatient management of adult, adolescent and pediatric health; and lipid screening and treatment programs. It offers osteoporosis and preemployment screening, drug and alcohol testing, nerve conduction studies and in-house laboratory services for diagnostic testing. Hazard Clinic also provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, including treadmill stress testing, Holter monitoring, and cardiac echocardiogram, pulmonary function and cartoid studies. The center offers a variety of radiology services, including X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, diagnostic services and magnetic resonance imaging. Hazard Clinic is located in Hazard, Ky.
