It was an awful experience on more than one occasion, first of all I pulled up to the window to pay and the young girl was on her phone the whole time, didn't even speak. Then I had to wait on a coffee drink for 20 mins. The food was cold and the customer service was awful. I'm not going back .. My 6 year old even said they are rude.. So the owner needs to watch over the cameras and do a complete makeover.

If I could rate them at ZERO stars I definitely would. They were so rude and the food was horrible along with the watered down coke. We actually called the manager working tonight to report the issues and he hung up on us. I have the upmost respect for ppl who do what they do because I have worked n fast food and it’s a hard job but I NEVER disrespected my customers. If not for the customers they wouldn’t have a job to begin with. But they were kinda young and probably don’t understand that. We did finally get to report the horrible service we had. The bag they tried to reach us containing our food had something all over it so the girl slung it back on the counter when we asked what it was.. she told the older woman to re-bag it. The burger wasn’t bad but the fries we cold, like they had sat there all day (my daughter requested salad free fries). They tasted like rubber. The coke was water. I mean we spent over $20 on this food. We did get it reported and they offered to replace the food, we were already home and did not take them up on their offer. Just wanted the upper management to know how horrible we were treated. I don’t know why they were so horrible we didn’t know any of them. It’s not our fault they have to work but I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this place and should have went to the new one. So, we will call this one up to lesson learned. It’s up to u if u want to go there or not but just remember u were warned. 😉
