Jim C , it appears that this others mobility scooters stores a scamming just about every one, I had real bad experience with Federico's Medical supply 220 S Lyon ave E, Hemet Ca, Michael sold me a Gt3 it came with few problems, on the 8 month the scooter frame broke, that's the blue on the Golden Gate picture, he than replaced with another, which didn't last a month, and he doesn't want to return my money, he is saying to keep it and repair it my self, what a low life of a business man Michael Federico. I now waiting for BBB to solve my problem , he owes me close to 2000,00

I would rate this a zero but site wont allow. Bought a Electric Bike from Richard in Hemet. Nothing but troubles. No help from business. Still having troubles but now the warranty is up he decided it needs new batteries.$90.00 ea plus labor. I would urge you to find some other place to purchase. Normally I don't write reviews but this guy is Terrible after the sale. BEWARE.

I purchased a lift chair from here that I thought was going to be good for me and my health issues. I had him deliver it to me 2 mil down the street and 100 charge was added to my sale. I paid 1000 dollars for just the chair that was very uncomfortable and just wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. I asked if I could get my money back or exchange it 3 days later after I purchased it and the owner told me no and to leave the store. He was very rude and treated me like scum. I couldn't believe I paid that much for something and never used it and there's nothing I can do to get another one or my money back for. The owner didn't even want to bother with me he asked me to leave his store and to sell it to someone else that he wasn't going to do anything about it I bought it and that was it. 1000 dollars just gone

I usually do not write reviews but I hope I can stop at least 1 future customer from getting ripped off, lied to and cheated.This past summer I went to this business because I had a electric power chair and scooter lift on the back of my SUV that was powered by my hitch, and i wanted to have the power go through the vehicle battery to the lift. The owner who's name is Richard Shalikar said he could do it for 300.00 and I agreed. He and another man took the vehicle to the work area and began working; I waited and after an hour I began looking at the scooters in the show room, after awhile the owner walked by and asked me why I bought such an old lift, I told him that I had recently lost my leg above the knee and not familiar with mobility equipment, He said he thinks the motor on the lift is not working, the other man working with him waved to me and said it was working. After they completed the job. I asked him how much was the new scooter I was looking at he said 1700.00 for the scooter and the lift. I said ok, he asked if I could go to the bank because his credit card machine was not working. I drove to the Bank, came back and gave him 1700.00

I would give this business NO STARS if that was an option!!! They cheated my grandma out of hundreds of dollars through the years. I only found out when I took a deep look into her history with them. Her electric chair broke AGAIN on Thursday. It was repaired only 2 months ago. . I contacted the owner, asked him for his "warranty" policy and he HUNG UP ON ME! I will be taking him to small claims court.



BEWARE of this business! They take from the most vulnerable, our loving grandparents who cannot care fro themselves. Lowest of the low and they should be ashamed of themselves.
