No repair and no phone calls for 2 months!!!

I called Comfort Zone due to my Heat Pump reducing it's ability to cool my house in May, 2013. They checked it and couldn't find something and finally thought it was a part. They came put twice to check the part # and after 2 months, sent a tech to look at it again. No one knew what was going on, and could not answer any questions on it. They were not efficient in any way as they claim on their website!
