My son had mnior oe Surgery in January 2009. I had to call several times to get the Foot &Ankle Center to bill my insurance so the $250 I was charged would go toward my deductible. When they finally billed my insurance in May my insurance said I should have only paid $25. I have been calling since May to get my $225 back. It is now August 21st and I am still being told that we are waiting for the Dr to sign it. I have called once a week for the past few months and still have not been given my money back. The money belongs to me, they intentionally overchaged me and tried to avoid billing my insurance and now they refuse to give my money back.
