I recently moved to this area and needed to find a veterinarian to take care of my two cats. I worry because one of my cats is really uncooperative (evil) when being examined. Very happy that someone recommended I try this clinic. The doctors and staff were very patient and did a great job keeping him under control without alot of man-handling. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Really nice atmosphere there. I will definitely be going there from now on.

Varina Vet and there staff were fantastic! Becoming a new parent of a 2 month old pup can be stressful! They explained every thing she needed and what she would need for the rest of her life! I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Dietrick was very kind to us when we brought him our cat. He took time to explain her kidney failure to us and gave us options on how to treat and monitor her. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When it was time to say goodbye to Smokey, I felt confident that I was making the right decision. Afterwards we received a sweet card in the mail with a note from each staff member expressing their sympathy. Clearly this is more than just a job to them!

Groomer is excellent! Rates are competitive and better then PetSmart! Vet is good too. Hours are excellent, reminders always come in the mail, can't say enough good stuff!

I highly recommend this animal hospital and Dr. Phil for being a very compasionate and caring vet. We have not met an unfriendly employee there and everyone there is very helpful

With hours 6-days a week, their flexibility is unmatched! The doctors are fantastic and the support staff makes everything run smoothly.
