      HEALTH 1st of the Triad is a group of practicing Chiropractors that operate in independent, free standing clinics. We have served the residents of the Triad and surrounding counties since 2001. We are outpatient chiropractic and physical therapy facilities offering 5 day service; closing at 6pm every night. Services available include: Exercise Therapy Chiropractic evaluation and treatments (Trigger Point Therapy) Manual Therapy Myotherapy Spinal Back Braces X-Ray Machine on-site Spinal Stabilization Program Orthotics Physical therapy Modalities and Procedures Low Level Laser Therapy Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Correction Cervical and Lumbar Spinal Decompression (for disc bulges and herniations) Bilingual Staff (Spanish and English) HEALTH 1st strives to provide the highest quality, most beneficial therapy available in a cost-effective manner.
