First: arrived the same day I called, within 30 minutes. 2nd: arrived a few minutes earlier than prommised 3rd: Had all necessary parts and tools for repair 4th: Fixed the washer in under 30 minutes 5th educated me on better ways to use washer, so it lasts longer with fewer repairs. O.K. so those are the facts, now for my opinions. Alex was VERY knowledgeable about my Maytag washer, however this skill/experience appeared to be excellent across all brands (who fixes anything these days in 30 minutes???). Alex was professional and personable showing up on time and with a clean neat appearance. His attitude was very upbeat and pleasant......DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE...FAMILY APPLIANCE REPAIR is the one you want to call. By the way, the prices were reasonable, also.....JUST CALL!!

I have a few properties that I rent out in Highland, but I myself live in Los Angeles.
